As facilitators, we adopt a relational and invitational approach incorporating participant ideas, favourite music and interests into our time together. 

Mental and physical safety is of prime importance. Participants are given optional ways of doing dance phrases that suit the level of challenge they can manage and permission to rest when needed. We always meet our dancers where they are at and develop from there, through a supportive and kind approach. 

This generally optimises successful achievement, builds confidence, and diffuses anxiety. Music choice and use is also key to positive engagement and stimulation. 

We incorporate creative and improvisational tasks to encourage self-expression, storytelling and confidence, to venture into the unknown.

We aim to give participants a wonderful enjoyable experience that will energise both body and mind and enhance health & wellbeing in general. 

Participation, at whatever capacity a participant has, is valued over and above technical achievement.
